The Houston Texans hosted another OTA practice open to the media. Here are 11 observations from the workout.

  1. C.J. Stroud still didn’t throw. He observed practice and did some handoffs. Head coach DeMeco Ryans didn’t speak after this practice, but offensive coordinator Nick Caley spoke. He said there were “no concerns whatsoever” when it came to Stroud and reiterated the point from Ryans on Wednesday that players operated on different schedules.
