The fire for this team has been fizzling for a while. Those who were oblivious to it before, your eyes are uncovered. I say we have two games minimum left. Three if we pull a playoff win out of our butts. Cody, you hit every nail on the head in this article.
Ok, let’s pretend that Slowik leaves or is let go. What’s the solution? Is it another west coast kind of OC? Do they completely overhaul it? Then we get to the question of who honestly gets replaced on the line. It would seem the tackles and right guard are entrenched. So that leaves center and left guard. Then, they need a second WR with Diggs in FA and Dell likely out close to a calendar year. It’s not pretty.
For lack of a better way of saying it......THAT was nothing but a SHIT SHOW!!!
The defense had it's moments....but that was all it was....just a moment or two.......Lamar is the 2024 MVP no boubt....and that old man at RB.......He is still a MONSTER.
I predict the Ravens to crush anyone and everyone who gets in their way to the Lombardi trophy......It took Lamar a few years to get polished, focused and on target but I believe this year he will finally get his just reward.
CJ and the offense totally stunk up the place today but given a couple of more years of experience, polish.....and a few more explosive weapons to play with.......he will earn his reward too.
I've said before that I have lost my faith in the 2024 Texans......I should have said I have lost my faith in them winning the 2024 Superbowl........I do expect them to get to the AFC Championship game if they can clean up their mistakes and focus.....but, if they do, the Ravens will still beat them.......THIS YEAR.
Doing a complete and total rebuild from the cellar to the penthouse takes more than just a year or two...It takes a plan.....It takes patience........Patience is a virtue...so is having a plan....Just ask the Ravens.
Also, I never would have guessed I’d question Stroud’s leadership skills, but his recent demeanor is disturbing, including the outburst over Tank Dell’s injury, not to mention the inexcusable mental errors—not the traits of a leader. It’s almost as if he’s checked out. Andrew Luck, perhaps?

A very rough performance.

Completely overhaul. Go outside the tree outside the comfort zone. A lot to do.
What are the odds of that actually happening though?

Someone(s) need to lose their jobs over that performance.
