The defense has a big day while the offense struggles

The Houston Texans were back at it after a day off for their fourth workout of training camp. Tomorrow the team will put on pads for the first time.

Here are 11 observations from the practice.

1. The defense dominated. It was the worst day for the offense so far during camp. It was a combination of offensive miscues and defensive excellence. Nothing worked for the offense and the defense was flying around. DeMeco Ryans said you don’t know if a practice is good or bad for the team until you watch the film. I would dread watching tape in the offensive meeting room.
