The Houston Texans practiced in pads again out in the rain as training camp rolled on for the seventh practice.
Here are 11 observations from the practice.
It was described as a “sloppy” practice by head coach DeMeco Ryans. He liked that the team got to practice in the rain which was present for the full workout but he didn’t love the overall execution. He lamented too many penalties for the team. There were quite a few on both sides of the ball.
