The Houston Texans are taking their third crack at getting to an even record this weekend. The first two didn’t go well.
Out of the bye week, Houston laid an egg in Seattle against the Seahawks. The offense struggled, the defense couldn’t hold on, and Houston dropped their first chance.
They rebounded with a win over the San Francisco 49ers and then welcomed the Denver Broncos for their second chance at an even record.
They didn’t finish, didn’t score a touchdown, and lost their starting quarterback to a concussion. Strike two.
Strike three would ruin the season.
