The Texans had OTAs (organized team activities) get underway this week. Tuesday's workout was open to the media. These are not padded practices and they don’t always go full speed. The team did have some 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 sessions but again, there are no pads so blocking and tackling are not prevalent.
