The Houston Texans need help on offense. A Super Bowl-caliber defense was spoiled last year by an ineffective offense. There is a new offensive coordinator and new faces on the team by training camp.

Wide receiver is a position of great need. Nico Collins is the only reliable receiver on the roster. Tank Dell’s 2025 status is a total unknown and shouldn’t be factored into how the offseason operates at wide receiver. Houston needs veterans and rookies to fill out the room.

The offensive line needs to be fixed as well. The messaging has pointed to the new scheme and offense as a fix for some of the issues, but new faces certainly wouldn’t hurt. I prefer a veteran but there should be some rookie investment in the line as well.

Here are the players the Texans met with at the scouting combine as well as notes about other players that stood out. Let’s start at wide receiver.
