The Houston Texans had another open OTA practice on Thursday. They will have a mandatory minicamp before the summer break and then training camp is up.

Here are 11 observations from the workout.

1. Stefon Diggs was present and working out. Donning number one, a change from his 14 in Buffalo, Diggs looked every bit the type of player he was supposed to be. He is quick with his route execution, loses defenders, and makes things look easy. Diggs is a big-time wideout and you see it by how effortlessly he does things at the position.
