The Houston Texans dominated the Baltimore Ravens. They won 44-10, ending a losing streak to the Ravens, earning their first win in Baltimore, and moving their record to 2-3.

Here are 11 observations from the dominant win.

  1. The Houston Texans didn’t leave much doubt in this one. They did exactly what they were supposed to do against a depleted Baltimore Ravens. They started fast on offense, got going on defense, and never let the Ravens build hope or momentum in this one. It was a dominant performance, the exact type of showing a team headed in the right direction is supposed to have in this situation. They built on the success from last week, which was not often present last year.

  2. The opening drive of the game for the Texans was their best drive all season. Nick Caley mixed and matched his offense. The line protected C.J. Stroud well. The quarterback made excellent decisions with the football. They moved down the field with ease, slicing through the depleted Baltimore defense. It was perfectly executed and a sign that things are headed in the right direction on offense.
